Delivery of Products

The purchased products are delivered by courier to the address specified by the user when completing the online purchase order. You are solely responsible for the shipping address you provide. Any specific needs must be clarified to MONILI by the user. In the event of impediments to delivery due to causes of force majeure, MONILI will contact the user via e-mail to inform him of the delay in delivery times and of any other possible complications. MONILI cannot be held responsible for any delays and/or impediments due to third party actions and/or causes of force majeure.

Shipping fees

Shipping costs vary and are calculated by our couriers based on the country indicated by the user for the destination of the product, the user will be able to clearly view the amount that will be added to the price of the goods during the purchasing phases.

Please read it, because the same sheet is to be considered an integral part of these General Conditions of Sale.

MONILI relies exclusively on the DHL courier both for Italy and abroad.
For further information regarding the rules established by our courier for deliveries, we invite you to read its regulations (which will constitute an integral part of our rules for shipments and deliveries):

If the delivery is not successful, because the courier cannot find anyone in the place indicated by the user for delivery and/or for other reasons, the purchased products will be kept in stock in the courier's warehouses and the user will be notified , in the shortest possible time, when the courier will make the return.

At the end of the storage period, when the courier is unable to deliver the products to the address indicated in the order form, the product will be returned to MONILI and the contract will be considered terminated. For this period, the courier will have the right to request the user to pay a flat-rate daily expense reimbursement.

In this circumstance, MONILI will proceed to refund the sum paid by the user for the purchase of the product, net of the costs of unsuccessful delivery of the product, storage costs and anything else, or will send the user a new product.

Receipt of the Package

When the courier makes the delivery, the user must check the integrity of the package and its conformity to the ordinary characteristics of a new package before finally accepting it.

Any complaints must be immediately raised to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.

If upon delivery, the package is damaged or manipulated, the user can:

  • express a reservation, that is, accept the package, but before signing the delivery document, indicate on it: "Accepted with reservation". Once the package has been opened and any damage has been ascertained, it will be possible to be immediately compensated for the damage.
  • refuse delivery of the package due to a tampered package. If the user does not carry out these operations MONILI will consider the package delivered correctly.
